this issue still happening, it also happens while we are in the queue and chats are coming in properly assigned , we dont see them till we refresh the conversations tab .The issue is not the assignment of the chats, this works as designed, the issue comes with the tab image refresh or something like this. The chat is assigned, you get notified for this but it does not appear on your conversations till you change tabs or you refresh the window

This has been monitored with the ''mark offline automatically'' toggle off.

if ''mark offline automatically'' toggle is on and agent changes tabs then in activity reports page that period of time will be marked as offline.

To not face such ''issue'' please turn off the ''mark offline automatically'' toggle
