The operator notification function when there is no response for 30 seconds does not work.
We would like to suggest adding the ability to customize a sound notification when the operator takes a long time to respond, where you can:
  • Set a custom sound (so that it differs from the usual one)
  • Set the response time so that the administrator can set the value in seconds that will be considered a "long response"
