We have this problem with both chat and email tickets.
We believe that if the client activates the notifications from the betting assistant, the notifications are appearing in the ticket.

It is triggered by Swarm, the user is subscribed to get notifications by email, so it is sent to an email conversation.
If this contact starts a conversation on the web, will get notifications as well.

The notification is triggered by Swarm request with identifier 1865305378 (which maps to the Hoory contact with id 49435152
https://app-eu1.hoory.com/app/accounts/5/contacts/49435152) from Swarm partner with id 1476. Hoory successfully sent notifications to both email and web widget
