Client contacts multiple times from chat widget

Here is how this bug accrues ( video and screenshots will be attached )
Client starts conversations , 1 tickets creates and assigns to one agent. After refreshing the page client starts another conversation , which creates another ticket and assigns to agent and both conversations will be open. Agent to client massages from both tickets will be shown to client in one widget.
