No dialogue evaluation form (CSAT)

Our sources have the option to send a Dialogue Evaluation Form (CSAT). Despite this, the form is often not gone, so there is no way to track customer satisfaction

The problem still exists, the form for evaluation is not sent in most chats. So, of the 15 dialogues that were created and completed yesterday (19.02), only two have a form for evaluation. Examples of chats where the form is not sent (but should be sent):
