Notifications do not come when assigning a chat from an AI assistant to an operator
When the AI ​​sends a message to a client that connects him to an operator, the operator does not receive any sound and does not know that he has a new chat (there is only a push notification option or by e-mail). To get around this, you can use Push notifications, but Push notifications in Windows cannot be correctly configured custom for individual websites and applications.
A notification will come if the client writes any message after the AI ​​has assigned a chat to an operator, but in our experience, clients simply wait for a response from the operator, and if they do not receive one, they go to another communication channel with support.
