Examples :
"If", "after X amount of time" , "user" , "no interaction" , "does nothing" , "send template email" "play sound )
if the user does not reply the chat within 5min , send message "it seems that you are no longer here, etc etc " , close ticket , send email for user to continue interaction if needed
If user does not reply within 3 min, send message " Are you still there? "
If no interaction happens within X mins, play sound for the Agent to remember the time, send message to user
" Thank you for waiting. We are still looking for your information. "

We are building a new feature which will ensure that if a widget user starts a conversation with the KB AI and doesn't respond within a defined time limit, the KB AI will proactively ask follow-up questions related to the user's query.
Separately, for Rule Based AI Assistant,
The admin user will access the AI Assistant Interaction Settings, where they can configure the rules for follow-up messages.
Follow up message: This block will be located under the redirect block in the Logic section.
When the admin user drag and drops this block and clicks on that
It will show two sections: Time and Follow up Message
Timer: Admin can define the waiting period (in minutes, seconds ) before the follow-up message is sent.
Text: No activity from the widget user within this time frame
Follow up Message
Text: After the above mentioned time this message will be sent to the widget user
