Thank you for reaching out with your request for a contact export functionality in the Hoory customer support platform. We understand the value such a feature can bring, particularly in facilitating data management and enhancing your operational efficiency.
As part of our commitment to safeguarding user data and ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations, we are carefully evaluating the implementation of this feature. Below are some key considerations:
Privacy and Security:
- Data Protection Regulations: We are committed to adhering to regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, which mandate strict guidelines on data export to protect user privacy.
- User Consent and Transparency: It’s essential that any data export feature provides transparency to users about how their data is handled, with clear consent mechanisms in place.
- Data Security: To prevent unauthorized access, we would implement strong encryption, role-based access controls, and ensure that the export process is secure and compliant with industry best practices.
Our Approach:
We are currently conducting a thorough Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) to identify potential risks and ensure that all necessary safeguards are in place. This process includes:
- Exploring secure data transfer methods to protect the integrity and confidentiality of exported data.
- Developing user controls to allow data exports while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and security.
Next Steps:
We appreciate your patience as we work through these important considerations. Our goal is to provide a feature that not only meets your needs but also ensures the privacy and security of all users on our platform. We will keep you updated on our progress and expected timelines for the potential release of this functionality.

Lilith Jalalyan Legally speaking, i don´t think Horry is responsible for any of the data management.
You provide a service, and WE use your service, WE manage our data, WE are responsible for our users data, not Hoory.
Also, We need to be able to keep backups of our users data in case Hoory breaks.
WE need to be bale to get in touch with our users by a different mean if necessary, and if we don´t have a backup of our users database, we can not do it.
Will Hoory cover All our lost profits if we can´t work due to a Hoory failure Will Hoory take FULL responsability on that?
Also , WE need to be able to manage our users data base in bulk and not one by one.
