There is no options to adjust the size of the columns, that does not allow me to see all the information in them, and also there isn´t any option to move to the side (moving bar) , to be able to see the information in the right side.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I understand the frustration of encountering a horizontal scroll without clear guidance on how to view the full content.
We’re actively working to improve the user experience and will implement a visual indicator or guidance to ensure users know how to navigate the table easily.

I suggest the following solutions,
Horizontal Scroll Indicator: Add a subtle but noticeable visual cue (like a fading gradient at the edge of the table) that hints at the horizontal scrollability. This gives the user an immediate signal that there’s more content to the right. 
Swipe Gesture (Mobile): On mobile, implement swipe gestures with smooth feedback (such as a slight nudge or visual shift) when the user attempts to swipe.
Scroll Buttons: Include subtle left/right navigation buttons or arrows to help users discover additional columns, especially for users unfamiliar with scrolling.
