Embedding general question to the chat

I asked this on email but no one is responding to emails not sure why. I know this app is new and I've been trying to support it along with my peers but its a bit demotivating when no one responses.
How do we embedd some general questions onto the live chat where the user can click and it will give them answer?
Please see the attached image for example.

Jack: Hi Jack again, can you please mention where you send your email, we want to make sure that we are not missing any request. regarding, this feature currently we are working on the backend part that is why you don't see it there. We gonna have it in within 2 sprints.
