Is there a way to show a FAQ tab and maybe a few FAQ on the chat UI. This is very common feature in live chat apps.

Hey, you can already check this feature.

Go to Inbox Settings _ > Scroll Down _ > Select the Help Center for the widget

By the way just to clarify I mean like we should be able to add some FAQs on our live chat that we show on our site.
