As a Hoory admin user, I want to access a real-time statistic dashboard that provides key metrics and insights, enabling me to monitor the performance and efficiency of the Hoory system.
Acceptance Criteria:
- The dashboard should display key metrics such as the number of ongoing chats, waiting time, average response time, total resolved chats, and agent availability.
- The metrics on the dashboard should update in real-time, providing live data on the current status of the Hoory system.
- The dashboard should provide a visual representation of the metrics through charts, graphs, or other visual elements, allowing for quick and easy interpretation of the data.
- The dashboard should allow for customization, allowing me to choose which metrics are displayed and how they are presented.
- The metrics should be presented in a clear and intuitive manner, making it easy to understand the current performance of the Hoory system at a glance.
- The dashboard should provide historical data, allowing me to view trends and track performance over time.
- I should be able to filter and segment the statistics based on different criteria such as time period, agent, department, or specific chat queues.
- The dashboard should provide alerts or notifications for critical events or thresholds, such as a sudden increase in chat volume or a high wait time.
- I should be able to export or download the statistical data from the dashboard in a commonly used format, such as CSV or PDF.
- The dashboard should be responsive and accessible, ensuring that I can view and interact with it on different devices and screen sizes.
- The dashboard should be secured and accessible only to authorized users with the appropriate permissions.
- The data presented on the dashboard should be accurate and up-to-date, reflecting the real-time status of the Hoory system.
