Currently they only have two types of roles, which greatly interferes with management and control, as well as the autonomy of managers and supervisors. the ideal scenario of roles would be:
- Agent (already have)
- Workspace admin (already have)
- Team Admin (he would be able to manage the members of a particular team and would only be able to view the inboxes of the team in which he is admin but not the others without billing informations, no user manager form other teams,..)

Sure. In our scenario where we have multiple teams, we have a supervisor/manager for each team. So, for example, we have a supervisor who manages team A, it would be good if this supervisor could control this specific team, such as adding or removing members, seeing the conversations that this team is assigned to, having access to this team's analytics and also the individual members of this team.
However, today, if we give admin access to a supervisor, he will have access to much more than he needs in practice, becoming a security breach.
