Widget Scenario (Guest and Logged in)

I would like to have the option of configuring two widget scenarios, one for guest users where the chat would ask for the customer's contact details, such as e-mail or telephone number, and when the customer is logged in to the site the widget would automatically authenticate them, so there would be no need to ask for any contact details in the chat.

With this key you can generate a secret token that can be used to verify the identity of your users. You can read more here.
