currently we can only use automatic assignment in the inbox level, we would like to be able to configure this at team level as we have several teams that work in the same inbox but at different times.
hypothetical example:
I have support team A that works from 9am until 2pm
and support team B that works from 2 p.m until 7 p.m.
both teams are assigned to the same inbox,
but I need team A to be assigned automatically and team B not to be assigned automatically.
