Open the mentioned skins. Open the Chat window. Switch through languages. Observe the chat window. Actual result: Every time you switch to another language, the upper part of the chat window appears in the selected language and the footer part remains in the previously selected language. It changes when you refresh the page. Expected result: The chat window should be fully available in the selected language. There are messages sent to customers as if on behalf of agents but they have no connection with the conversation going in the chat. After answering the call tab ( That creates a ticket ) either doesn't open or opens and keeps loading for 2-3 minutes. After loading the tab , agent is getting an error ( See screenshot )
