Feature Requests

It would be extremelly useful, that the list that shows with the Canned Responses ( now only 4 items) would show a lot more. When you have a long list, its useful to have more on the eye to be easier to spot the right one. It would also be extremelly useful, it in the top of that list would always show up the most used ones ( 5 most used for ex. ) This will help with the workflow for repetitive messages

Allow the possibility to adjust ALL the text boxes size when writing. Macros, Canned Responses, etc The text boxes are too small and do not allow adjustment. It becomes impossible to write something bigger than 4 lines.

It is important to have a view of the total number of unassigned tickets in your inbox. Also, the total number of tickets.

Hi, We noticed that the Hoory live chat button is covering the menu bar on the mobile version. Additionally, when clicking on it, it covers the entire page. Could you please adjust it to open as a pop-up overlay instead? Thanks.

It would be great to be able to create subcategories on the KB section to better sort and categories the content or create a more intuitive hierarchy for the articles. Also, the descriptions of the main categories don't seem to be visible anywhere in public mode :) Thank you
