When enabling chat limitation for a certain Channel, if a team has reached the limit the conversations assignment, the conversations should stay in queue and not be assigned to a different team.

Hi team We need the option of customizing the layout and colors of the Help Center, today it is all white by default and this is completely different from the visual identity of our two brands. The only part we can configure is the favicon and the font color, which makes it extremely limited.

Currently they only have two types of roles, which greatly interferes with management and control, as well as the autonomy of managers and supervisors. the ideal scenario of roles would be: Agent (already have) Workspace admin (already have) Team Admin (he would be able to manage the members of a particular team and would only be able to view the inboxes of the team in which he is admin but not the others without billing informations, no user manager form other teams,..)

It would be extremelly useful, that the list that shows with the Canned Responses ( now only 4 items) would show a lot more. When you have a long list, its useful to have more on the eye to be easier to spot the right one. It would also be extremelly useful, it in the top of that list would always show up the most used ones ( 5 most used for ex. ) This will help with the workflow for repetitive messages

Allow the possibility to adjust ALL the text boxes size when writing. Macros, Canned Responses, etc The text boxes are too small and do not allow adjustment. It becomes impossible to write something bigger than 4 lines.

Customers are being able to queue and wait for an attendant outside of opening hours. The correct thing to do is to inform the customer that it's not our opening hours and tell them to try again at the right time, but this isn't happening and sometimes the customer is waiting for more than 24 hours, generating a false backlog.

We need more configuration options for texts and images in articles, the text is totally unconfigured after creation and there is no option to align it. We look forward to hearing from you.

When you choose a chat to be checked it is shown only the time passed from the chat: for example " 3 min ago" . We would like to request to see the date and time when you browse the cursor on the time passed. This feature is important for monitoring purposes and we would be grateful if you implement it. Please implement the possibility of configuring the business hour per team and not just by inbox, as we have several teams that work at different times. Without this, the tool doesn't fit our scenario. Thank you in advance
